Intella operates solely as a technology platform that facilitates discovery, booking, and payment for one-to-one conversations between independent users (“Hosts”) and consumers (“Users”).
Intella does not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, or other advice. Any guidance, opinions, or information shared during conversations are provided solely by Hosts in their individual capacity. Intella does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy or outcomes of such conversations.

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Intella does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. We may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, and related metadata for reconciliation, refunds, compliance, and audit purposes.

Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) may use the platform only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by our Terms of Use and assumes full responsibility for the minor’s account, payments, communications, and compliance.
Minors are not permitted to independently create accounts or enter into paid transactions.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without verified parental or guardian involvement. Where we become aware that personal data has been collected in violation of our Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account and delete the associated data.
